Great branch visit and enjoyable assistance by Funi N. (Absa Menlyn Mall, PTA)

It was refreshing to visit Absa Bank at Menlyn Mall, PTA. From my initial visit of depositing stack of coins with assistance from Funi's colleagues to walking out happy client.

I was greatful of the respect the Absa Stuff offered to me. After a successful deposit of my heavy stack of coins, I got redirected to a consultant by the name of Funi, very friendly and bubbly made me feel safe to verify my details and ask even more questions about products I would like to explore further with Absa, the way she handled multi-tasking by helping other colleagues while she was busy with me was amazing, even though she was not a custodian of the products I was interested in, she gave me good pointers, clearly explained the products I am interested in.

I walked out as a very happy client having taken a Private client product that Funi explained to me and onboarded me swiftly to the product.
