You have dealt with my frustrations very professionally and showed excellent customer-1st behaviours and competencies. I know that I was not the easiest client but you dealt with the situation with great composure and showed genuine empathy for my situation. Although I was frustrated about the situation you put me in ( unintentionally), I never felt alone and felt that you were 100 percent with me... Together. You took great accountability and ownership of a difficult situation and turned a complaint into a compliment. You are truly a great ambassador for the Absa brand. Keep up the good work and you deserve every bit of recognition and reward that is bound your way.

Now for a bit of constructive feedback: Please reflect on the mis-aligned procedures and share with your colleagues your learnings. Make sure that everyone are clear about the correct credit card and Dragon pass procedures. Also ensure that you close the gaps with your colleagues that misinformed you. I would like to spare other clients from the same experience.

In conclusion, please share with your superiors that I have been an Absa client for many years and visited many of the branches and I can honestly say that the Habitat Centre branch stands head and shoulders above the other branches, in terms of service and care. There is something special breeding in your branch, which I don't just see in you, but also in many of your colleagues.
