Got threatened by manager -****arney mall

went to ABSa kilarney mall on 01/02/18 around 13:45pm to update my FICA because they froze my account and i coudnt access my funds.when i got to enquiries there were 2 ladies and there was abt 4 ofus in the que,anyway of of the blue the other lady stood up to go for lunch and told us the other lady will help up. I eventually got to the counter and was told to provide my ID and proof of address which i rushed to get next door from capitec and came back and was given a from to fill in.the lady said my handwritting was horrible so i must start again and i started fighting with her .I raised my voice because i was getting emotional and told her to fill it in herself then i will sign which i did.during the whole argument the security guy came over and almost manhandled me and threated to throw me out.i calmed down and kept quite after signing the forms and every 3 min the lady kept calling someone to ask what to do.after about 10 min the lady manager came out and spoke briefly with the security guy after which she came over to me and started hurling insults at me and telling me i mustnt abuse her staff and i must get out of her branch or she will get me thrown out coz its her branch.i asked to her to at least close the acc and give me my money to which she said no.about 2 hrs later of standing and being threatened, i was told sory we offline we cant help,yet all my documents were correct but till date i dont have my money and my FICA isnt updated...
