When I phoned ABSA Idirect Insurance to enquire about 2017 claim, I got unprofessional answers from one of the female person, and I lodged a complaint with Hello.Peter. I was contacted by Mapule Mangwato, she is so awesome, very patient, she made me to understand, very kind, organised for me even the vehicle hire department, she knows what is company-client relationship. I'm humble by her professional assistance. I got the good reaction, and I decided not to trust the company. She is the kind of people we need to talk to clients. I'm running out of words.
