GOOD STAFF - SHOCKING QUEUES
I had excellent service from 3 of their customer care staff recently. My only ***** is I had to stand in a queue for over 45 minutes. Behind me was a woman with a smalk baby in a pram and I was No 9 in the queue when I got there at 11. 30
