Good service
My car was ****** and after submitting the claim to my insurer it did take long for them to payout. After submitting all the relevant papers i was paid within 24 hours. I would like to thank ABSA Idirect for their excellent service i don't see myself using other insurances. In previous years i have experience a very bad service from other insurances the worst of them all was Hollard. I hope they won't change in the future
