Good luck with PRAM or WHEELCHAIR @ ABSA Menlyn Maine

So I get to Menlyn Maine branch with a pram. I must go upstairs to get bankstatements. No lift inside. I walk aroud looking for a lift that goes up but can all only go down. So I go back. Asking if someone can help me with the pram up the stairs. The lady tells me to go call a security guard!!!! WOW!! Great customer service. So I ask how do they usually assit people in a wheelchair? She tell me the have never had someone with a pram or in a wheelchair! Can you believe it?
