Good day I just want to thank Absa Bank for having a good protection on my Phone app ,my phone was ****** on the First of October 2022 . On my phone was my Absa app and another banks app which i cannot disclose now because I have the Ombudsman investigating the theft of R55000.00 which was transferred out of that bank account and they now informed me that i did not have a pin no on my phone to open it . My question was why did they transfer money from that account and not from my Absa account, i have a lot of questions around that Bank but could not get to my money at Absa. Thank you Absa it is a pity i did not put all my money into Absa account.
