Good day, I have been waiting for my refund since 29 April, and I am still not receiving any clear feedback. I am being told to wait because the payment is still pending clearance from ABSA, while ABSA is also giving me the same response. This situation is becoming very frustrating because the money is already reflecting in my account, but I cannot access or use it. The deductions were already taken from the funds, so I kindly request that my refund be released as soon as possible. This was my salary, and at the moment I am unable to pay for anything or even buy food because the funds are still on hold. I feel that it is unfair for me to wait this long without assistance or a clear resolution. Please assist in pushing for the release of my funds urgently. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
