Good day Hellopeter. I want to lodge a complaint against Absa house insurance for not coming back to me about my claim about storm damage. The contractor came out to do a assessment. He reported to his assessor, who phoned me to say, that the claim will be rejected, because it is not storm damage. I did not accept that, then he said he will ask them to pay me to fix my ceiling and walls. After that no one contacted me and is now almost 3 weeks, I think. Please advise. Thanks.
