Good customer means ****

I have had a credit card with Absa for the past 5 years or so. Barely missed a payment in that time, and even had limit increased multiple times and even got a phone call about automatically increasing the limit again recently. So automatically you would assume I'm not delinquent right? Wrong according to to their system. I made my payment as normal 6x more than their minimum payment and because it falls on a long weekend they flag my account and when asking to have it removed due to being a good customer for years, I was met with a "can't do anything". Wouldn't suggest going with them.
