Good client to a skunk in two months.

After 20 years as client at ABSA, being praised of how good a customer I was multiple times and been offered loans and higher limits on my credit cards, I''ve lost my job unexpected . After I''ve tried best to keep up with my installments by using my provident fund money and my UIF , they handed me over to the debt collectors after 2 month in arrears, doesn't matter what I told the consultants who phoned me every day. They forgot about the lots of money they made out of me the last 20 years. They just think of the big boss that might not get his/her 14 million rand bonus or the hundreds of millions of rands they must sponsor the Curry cup with. Why not try something else like , put my debt on hold for a few months and give me time to find a new job . I'm in the process to sell my house to pay my debts, why not wait for the completion of that. No, the lawyers and the debt collectors must also make a living and the person who do the hand overs, probably get his/ her cut also. VERY DISAPPOINTED in such a big company because of the way they handled things.
