Good and Bad

I have been with absa for quite a while now and cant really complain about their mainstream services. They gave me awesome interest rates and the best deals alround so I wont leave them. But I have decided to ignore their rewards system as that is lacking. I wont continue to worry about the rewards anymore as I said you are awesome in all other ways. You look after me when I buy from online companies I have never done before you phone me to ensure it is me. Your rewards or customer complaints department is not up to scratch as I got a complaint and was told I would get feedback 05/09/2023 at latest 16h00 for the reference C-***0. Thank you
