GOLD VALUE BUNDLE BENEFITS excludes me

I have a gold cheque account and one of the benefits is that I qualify for an ATM Loan. However I don't have that option - not on my online banking nor at any ATM. I called in to ABSA and spent all afternoon calling, being transferred to different departments, speaking to people who each has their own story as to why the option is not listed. The only way to get an answer , and the correct one, is to publish the complaint. I hope this gets the attention of someone who knows what they talking about.
