Going the Extra Mile
On 23/01/2016 (Saturday) I visited ABSA Cresta branch to top up my personal loan. I was assisted by Joseph Phillips. The loan was approved. As I have no opportunity to visit bank during the week Joseph (with assistance of the manager) went extra mile to ensure the funds are available immediately. Thank you Joseph!!!<br> For the past few months I noticed the improvement in ABSA Cresta branch service. This is the second compliment I am posting on HelloPeter website. I trust this branch employees will continue to deliver great service to their loyal customers. All the best!<br>
