Going back on there word.

I tried to close my absa credit card more than a year ago and was informed that it cant be done by absa (I know, sounds pathetic) <br> They then suggested that I keep the account open and that they wont charge me any fees on the account.<br> I agreed only to find out that they have been charging me for months now.<br> <br> All I want to do is close my account!!!
