GOD FORSAKEN BANK
Absa bank has put my wife into a serious health scare, my wife experienced a difficult stroke this week due to absa haven told her that her money will be paid, i have thus far taken my wife from piller to post with regards to her inheritance left by her late brother who used to work at rustenburg platinum mine, lately she has been helped by an indian lady working at absa branch in greenstone mall by the surname of naidoo, first she told my wife her funds will be paid in 48hours, we waiting and did everything she asked us to do but then the money was never paid then we went in to find out what was going on then they said 24hours still it wasnt paid, then last weekend they said 3hours still no funds, im distcusted at the way absa is fooling its clients and i regret that my wife ever open her account with this god forsaken bank now her health is at risk because of stress.
However i think you guys seem to be pushing the issue back to my wife when absa consultants are the ones who made errors with my wife's, my wife said you told her yesterday that it looks like the funds bounced back three times due to coming into an account that is inactive, we made the cheque account twice in a space of 2 months, how the hell could not be paid due to an inactive account is something that amazes me, now pushing the issue back to us when you guys are the ones who made the error is enormous, you guys must be the one who call the mine because u made the error not my wife.
