Go the extra mile

Personally I feel absa homeloan are very efficient and great but there is just one thing that is bugging me that they have not come right with which linking my bond account for online banking, I have been sent to the branch on two occasions and I found the branch to be very useless and off no help, and the latest one was call to be helped which the guys said he will link then I can go to the banking appto register and still nothing, can absa home loan please guide me correctly through this process step by step i am sure it's not that hard .
