Glad I am not applying for a home loan...
<p>All I am requesting from Absa is a settlement letter. I did this last week Tuesday 2nd August and am still waiting. I have phoned 3 times and have been promised it will be sent but am still waiting. If this is the service just requesting a letter I do not want to see the service if I was applying for a bond!</p>
Seriously the worst service from any financial institue I have ever experienced! All I am asking for is a settlement letter. I requested this on the 2nd August and today is the 11th August and still nothing. I keep being told that it has been requested but nothing! PATHETIC!
