Give me back my money!

I previously wrote a review praising Absa for their consistency and hard work, to my surprise my high expectations of Absa are now down the drain!

Made payment arrangements with absa due to being unemployed and guess what? Absa took my money and is refusing to reverse it! Your consultant Pindile mbili from Collections chose to be sarcastic by telling me the account isn't with anyone cause it's up to date, I went in to your branch for the arrangement, called your offices, called your attorneys.. Did everything to ensure my payment arrangement and still you take over R4000 from my account when that was NOT the arrangement!

I will spread this wide and far to advise customers what *****s you guys are.
