Yet another empty promise from ABSA Fourways, after escalating the matter to your CEO I got a call from a chamption at your regional office. He was amazing in getting my concerns addressed and ensuring my compliant was resolved.<br> <br> The query was then handled with Fourways a R500 gift voucher was promised to be loaded last Tuesday which did not happen, I got a call from the Fourways branch on Thursday stating it would be loaded on Friday which did not happen as well.<br> <br> Well done four ways for NOT keeping to your promises.<br> <br> Please don't call me, all corresponce needs to be done via email from now going forward as I feel people should be held accountable for their actions.
