Hi, thank you for requesting feedback on Absa's service after our review. It is with great regret to inform you that we have still not received formal feedback from Absa. I had no choice but to liaise with the attorneys representing Absa. To our dismay, we were informed that the file is no longer with them, neither the attorneys nor Absa has advised us of this. The back and forth since December is appalling and becoming a serious concern on my parent's (pensioners) health. The matter has also been reported to "Speak Out".
