Geyser replacement complaint

Help help help please..... i have an outstanding claim with Absa for my geyser since 23 August 2017. Claim number ********** the plumber damage my roof tiles while replacing the geyser. They repair it with silicone and with all the rain more damages occure. Absa do not make sure they pay for correct services rendered. As the plumber also conect a solar geyser to my electricity. 3 assesors were at my house allready. No body is doing anything. I logged a complaint with absa nr. ********** you just dont get feedback and nobody phone you. PLEASE THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST. PLEASE HELP!!!!
