Geyser burst.

I had a burst geyser, called my insurance they promptly called Kwikot to install a geyser. They installed a new geyser and the person who installed the geyser after he does it tells me the element is faulty. He said they will come back to fix it. It has been almost 4 weeks they haven’t come. I have never had such pathetic service & experience in my life. Please never ever use them.
