Getting penalised for ********** debit orders

On 2 September I accessed my ABSA Savings Account online, and noticed that 6 debit orders, which I didn't authorised, were deducted from my account by an internet service provider that I've never used or even contacted. I went to my nearest branch, and the amounts were immediately reversed, no problem. But every reversal cost me R40 - R240 in total! I think this is unfair, since I wasn't negligent and never opened an account with the service provider, Afrihost, never mind authorised these debit orders. Why is ABSA deducting so much for ********** activity committed by someone else? They also said someone would phone me about the ***** investigation, but all I received was an sms giving me Afrihost's number! According to Afrihost, anyone can register a debit order online with them, so between their service and ABSA's service there is apparently ample opportunity to commit *****, for which I, ABSA's loyal client, gets penalised. If it's so easy to register a ********** debit order at ABSA, why am I paying for stopping my money getting ******?
