Getting Bond statements but my bons is with a different bank

Can you please check why I am getting statements to my address for h Account Number 80-8***. I bought the property in question through FNB more than 3 years ago, but I am still getting statements from ABSA with this account number. saying money is still outstanding on the bond.

This account must have belonged to the previous owners and should have been paid off when the property was transferred into my name.

Can you please look into this as a matter of urgency.
