Getting a Vehicle Finance Statement out of ABSA

Good day all Apparently it is impossible to get a detailed statement on your vehicle finance payments from ABSA. I have been making extra payments for a long time now, and I have been asking them to send me a statement from the date of purchase, including all payments made up to date, since APRIL 2017. I emailed them weekly, after no response went into the branch where a nice lady weren't able to help me but said I had to phone vehicle finance, after spending a long time on a call I was promised that I would receive an email containing the statement within three days. It is two weeks later since then and eight months later since I started emailing ABSA Vehicle Finance. I have received the outstanding balance twice, yet no statement as yet. What is going on at ABSA Vehicle Finance???? Anyone else experiencing problems with this?
