Getting a credit card legally is a mission!

Re application number *** (credit card)<br> <br> Goodness gracious - you ignore each and every one of my emails to you yet still have the audacity to send an email to me about incomplete documentation or application??!!?!?!?!<br> <br> 1) ALL and I mean ALL documentation has been submitted via email in the required pdf format.<br> <br> 2) Your attachments that you have sent to me do NOT open - it simply shows the file size but NO file at all.<br> <br> 3) I do NOT have a printer so have requested numerous times if what ever the attachments may be, could these be handled at a branch.<br> <br> When will you actually REPLY to me instead of just sending some automated nonsense message?<br> <br> Or is ABSA just another one of those useless financial institutions?
