Getbucks Reckless lending

I was called by company called Getbucks telling me that am must pay. I asked them what must I pay and they said I am owing them a loan. I told them that I never appy any loan with them and I asked all documents that were used. I find out that the ID number that was used was mine but all the documents were all ********** and were not mine. I don't know where they got my ID number. I reported the case at the nearest police station and I receive my case number with affidavit. I also find out that the ********* open and account using my ID number at Absa Bank. I went to Absa bank and they told me that yes an account was open with them but through PEP store. My biggest concern now is that Getbucks has handed Over my name to their Lawyers and now they blacklist me because of their negligence and reckless landing. Absa Bank on the other side they cant produce documents that were used and they shift the blame to Pep am now confused. How can a big Bank like Absa cant have such important information and how do they comply to FICA if they cant even get the document that were used in opening this account. I want my name to be cleared as soon as possible.
