Get the right Contractor
Absa is making use of *********** contractors to service/repair their ATM's. Our closest Absa ATM recently had the out of service notice on the screen for days whilst so called ATM contractors are in the store phoning around for people who can advise them as to how the problem should be solved. This whilst another ATM not far from there were having the same issue.
Poor service to the public and Absa customers! Appoint competent people please!
