Gatvol with absa

Absa is not a bank. This is a mafia scheme to ******* people's moneis. More especially the deceased. My mother passed on in 2020, who had a funeral policy with absa. I personally claimed from this stupid bank so that I could bury my mother. The claim was denied. I went with it through the high court and received all the documents needed for me to receive the funeral policy benefits, still, there's no payment. It is three years now with all efforts along but there is not payment at all. I think the bombing of the ATMs is a waste of resources. They should go for the entire absa bank and all it's branches...
