GARAGE CARD

I had a garage card with Absa bank years back, which I paid in full. From 2013 I have been receiving statements from Absa concerning the same garage card. I called Absa, the consultant told me that might have been a mistake, I should ignore the emails.<br> <br> They kept sending the emails and I have noticed that interest is being is being credited on the balance. I called again and was told I should worry it's still an error, I don't owe anything on the garage card.<br> <br> Yesterday - 14/05/2015 I got a call from Absa that I last paid my garage card in 2011, I owe them. I was so furious because I have discussed the matter with them over and over, if I had owed them any balance since 2011, why are they only calling in 2015. As a far as I am concerned I paid off that card in full. I need this problem solved as soon as possible.
