GABSA TAKING MY MONEY

I have a personal loan account with ABSA. I have paid additional money into the account every month in order to pay it off sooner and to pay less interest in total. <br> Absa has reserved all the additional funds in order to keep the loan running for the full term, which is good for ABSA but not for me. The monthly instalment is deducted from the additional funds every month which means that the majority of the monthly instalment is interest and service fees which ABSA is taking to build their kingdom. I have been to an ABSA Branch twice in order to Capitalise the reserved funds and to pay that into the capital outstanding amount, yet after many months ABSA has failed to do so. Every time I was requested to fill in a form and they will submit it to Head Office which either they have not done, or Head Office ate the forms?<br> Can someone with at least some competence please help me with this matter.
