Here I go again, I have not received feedback yet. Lebo sent me an email saying they aware of the matter and she wil get back to me. Vannessa Crow then sent me a email to say that the matter hasbeen adressed and my policy is being processed for payout and I will be kept updated so they closing the matter. I then contacted Vanessa to say I have not received any feedback so how can u close the matter she then said if I have not heard anything by the 12th February 2015 I must please send a email which I did, and until now I have not received an feedback. I got hold of Lebo she said she has sent a email and she will let me know as soon as she has feedback still heard nothing. I spoke to Sylvester as I want answers as no one at ABSA is bothered he said he got news from ABSA apparently the figures are wrong that they sent to him( which by the way he told me already how much I am getting), and will only be finalised by end February 2015. This is crazy, I have no faith in ABSA as a financial institute and I would not invest anything with them now or ever.
