furious customer

I had a credit card with Absa and I use to pay it with a stop order. December I payed my last installment and I cancelled my credit card. End Jan the stop order went through again but now the credit card is cancelled. Its been five days spending my money going to Carlton center branch to ask for them to reverse the payment but I am getting the run around without help. I am so angry I am even thinking of moving to a new bank. The ladies I spoke to were friendly and willing to help but they kept on saying missing funds department haven't attended my case since last week Wednesday. That is just unacceptable.
