Furious

<p>Utterly disgusted with Absa bank, I payed up my personal loan account a few months back and because I didn't request closure on the account the account has been incurring interst. On what I don't know. Now I need to pay that interest before I can obtain a paid up letter. I don't know if I'm the one at fault here but why keep the account open or at least send an email saying, "Hi idiot do you want close this personal loan account or do you want to keep on paying us". I mean for crying out loud, so I'm not sure what to do at this moment but I don't see why I should be held responsible for that interest. Once this is done I won't even draw money from their ATM' s even if it is the only ATM around.</p>
