Funeral Cover that sucks

Please remind me to never take a funeral Plan with Absa, you guys make it really hard during this difficult time, please make a plan so that daughters and sons can claime on behalf of the decease, I dont even want to think how my mother will struggle if she needs to claim for my grand monther when the time comes, as she is the only beneficiary on the policy now. My grandmother is not a normal person and needs assistance from her children with regards to reading & writing, Absa doesn't have the audacity to let the Biological Children help their mom not even a question can be answered to them with regards to the claim form and what needs to be filled in, You guys suck just know it.
