Funeral cover not paid to estate late account

Been waiting for almost 3months for funeral cover death claim. Each time they send me proof of payment dated 5/9 as well as a payment done letter. But the money is not in the estate late account!!! Another payment authorisation was made on 9/10, but still no money in our account!
