Funeral cover I want dates of when this would be settled. Asap

Absa Funeral plan has not yet paid out the claim since 15 December 2021. No one knows who to speak to and everyone points us in a million directions with no satisfaction. It was a funeral cover that should have paid out within 72 hours and here we are almost 6 months down the line. We had to open an estate late account in order for the money to be paid into the estate late account. It has been open for two months now and still no absa funeral cover has been paid out. I do not understand, if absa says 72 hour for the funeral benefit to be paid out. Why did we have to open an estate late account. Please get back to me asap
