Funeral cover after 65 year no pay out.

Mother passed away 30 April 2020 at the age of 91 years of age. She was at Absa for the passed aprox 65 years. Then we try to claim funeral cover, many excuses and no help at all. Can not claim the money at all. Very disappointed with the service and will never recomend any one to do that. Poor poor poor service.
