funeral cliam

My aunt Dorothy Mokhuse id ***, i have a funeral policy with absa ,policy number ***,i went to absa in Garankuwa to cliam for funds ,i open funeral policy with absa for my son Joel Mokhuse *** who passed away and need to be buried on the 27/06/2015,i was not help in Garangkuwa absa as i was told that i was not a beneficiary on the policy,my problem is that i was the who opened the policy and paying it deductions done each month,now i cliam and i cannot get help,this is not fiar to me as a customer to absa,please i need help because the funeral is on saturday.
