Funds on hold and communication from absa investigators

Good day. I’m extremely dissapointed with the absa ***** investigators response time in 2025. They never send emails to notify my of a hold of funds and information about a case. Cases a taking to long to resolve. I need my cases resolved by the 5th of August e(I’ll explain why to agent who who’ll assist me)

My cases are taking too long and concerning since I get zero communication from investigators. I have submitted everything requested.
