funding assistance

hi i am writing to you bcos i am very angry and disappointed we have a clothing company owned by young active females under the age of 32.we went to Absa small business advisory centre in DURDAN AND ASKED THEM TO ASSIST US WITH FUNDING,we were attended by the manager Lefentse Chapman who asked us to bring all our supporting documents.we gave her in addition to that we gave her 2 contract from different schools that want us to supply them with uniforms.we were asked to do quotations of the machines and fabric we did all that. They told us to come after 3 weeks for response but they called us before that and asked us to bring a letter that proves the school falls under section 21.we did that.Only to find that the bank refused to give us funding bcos they once gave funding to some guy who failed to pay back the money.WHAT A ****!WHERE DOES ALL THAT GOT TO DO WITH US,LEFENSTE YOUR MANAGER TOLD US TO GO AND ASK THE PRINCIPAL FOR DEPOSIT AS IF WE GONNA SUPPLY HIM?serious!they didn't even give us a formal letter that proves that we app**** and failed. this how you treat needy people?is this how you shutter young people's dreams?please look into the matter or else we'll take it further!
