Full of excuses, no results.

ABSA Deceased Estate. The Estate Late account was opened on 1 October 2021 and till today they have not yet transferred the funds into the account for the process to continue. Firstly, I was told the delay is at FICA. Then I was told there is a backlog at the Deceased Estate department and now again I am told it is back at FICA. The accounts that the deceased had was all with ABSA and all of them have been opened years and years ago. No suspicious deposits, can even provide with proof of funds. But, yet ABSA is delaying and delaying. Now it is December and places are closing for the holidays, so this mean we cannot submit the bank statement before year end. Tired of all the excuses.
