If I had the chance I would actually go around and ask people to sign a partition to have this bank closed. What a Monster. In 2015 I paid off my Vehicle finance account and was sent a paid up letter. 2016 I was told I owe a few thousands of “uncleared “ funds, I refused to pay and forwarded them the first paid up letter and they confirmed that it was a system error and hence I asked for a second paid up latter just to confirm closure of the account the second time. Now in 2018 a few day ago some silly collection agency calls me claiming I owe ABSA VF a few thousands, and when I investigated the matter further it turns out my account is still open and these ****ers are still keeping my account alive so I can incure debt purposefully. This should infact be referred to the court to sue these rippers ****ers. ****en rippers won’t still close my account 3 years later!!!
