Frustration with Absa home loan debit order date

I have been struggling with Absa home loan (80-7***) debit date of the 30th since my bond was registered in 2014. I get paid on the last working day of the month and each time the month ends on the 31st, Absa debits on the 30th and I get charged a R150 unsuccessful debit fee. I have called Absa and sent emails over the cause of the years but do not get assisted. Even now end of Aug and end of Oct, this R150 has been charged. It comes as an admin fee at the end of the month from Absa. I am not sure what to do cause when I call the contact centre, they keep saying my debit is on the last day of the month but it’s not as I get a bounced debit each time on the 30. Please assist?
