FRUSTRATION!
I have dark their 0860 helpline for two days now and it keeps saying this line is unavailable. So I tried to phone Constantia branch three times and they didn't pick up, so then I tried the Plumstead branch and they didn't pick up. I am beyond frustrated!

09 Oct 2023, 15:45Thanks for the fast response Absa, but so far the helpline has not been fixed and you cannot get through. And I don't know how you are going to get those people in your various offices to pick up the phone !!
