Frustrating service - No resolution from Absa

I am extremely disappointed with ABSA’s Complains Department service. They debited money from my account that was not supposed to be taken. I immediately logged a case, but nothing has been done. Every time I call, I get different information from consultants, and the person assigned to my case has not taken any action.

I have been using my own resources to follow up, yet I am still left without answers. This lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable. ABSA needs to take responsibility and resolve customer issues efficiently!
