Frustrating service by ABSA

I have been attempting locate a title deed of a property that may have been ceded to secure a loan from ABSA. It has been 3 weeks and I have not been able to get any information.

1. I went to the Vredenburg Branch on a Sat 18 July. I was told to phone the Securities section but only during the wee 2. Securities referred me to the Releases 3. Releases just promptly said to contact my branch to contact them 4. As I cannot take off work regularly (08:00-17:00) I phoned just to be informed that I need to go to the branch as they cannot do sensitive information over a phone 5. Went to the branch on 28 Jul just to be told that the system provides only numbers and not real information about the document in question. They will contact me with information

I am still waiting!!!! I need the information whether the deed is at ABSA as I am in the process of selling the property. However, the original is required otherwise the process will take a long time and is just compounded by Covid in addition to bad service.
