Frustrating Process Absa Debt Review

I keep on getting letters from Absa Debt Review that they didn't receive the court order. I app**** for Debt Review in November 2020. The court granted it on the 13th of October 2021. My Debt councilor Mel Da Silva from 58 Professionals emailed the court order to Absa. Suddenly on the 8th of July 2022 I received a letter from Absa Debt Review that they didn't receive the court order. I spoke to my Debit Councilor Mel and he stated it was emailed to Absa. I phoned Absa Debt Review on the 8th of July 2022 on number *** and spoke to Manthe. She looked at my case and stated everything is in order and my account will not be blocked. She stated i must email the court order again to ***. I emailed on the 8th of July and received Ref number C-***6. I didn't hear from Absa Debt Review again until today the 28th of July and received again the same letter stating no Court order was received again but I emailed the court order myself on the 8th of July. I emailed today again the court order to *** and received Ref number C-***6 and ref C-***0. Can someone please phone me from Absa Debt Review in order to sort this issue. Its a very frustrating process as the Debt councilor confirmed emailing the court order, I emailed the court order 3 times myself and I phoned Absa Debt Review and its not sorted out since I'm still receiving letters.
